What to do about this sexual harassment?
I know a close friend who was a victim of sexual harassment, harassment, and even a case of assault sexual. All these things happened by the same person for a period of one year or more, all the days Encounters! It was not until the last drop end was my friend decides to talk and inform. While the offender has failed to make contact, there are plenty of victimization of my friend. This is because the bully lied people of why he got into serious problems and people in turn, thought it was an attention seeking thing (The excuses were like hitting, punching, etc.) Now my friend is distraught and depressed by what people are listening and the assailant is clearly embarrassed and lied about it. The harassment included unwanted groping, comments sexual, physical strength, sexual and noise of a case where the assailant jumped on my friends and make sexual gestures. My friend wants the story was reported earlier. What Councils should take my friend?
Your friend is obviously upset and depressed about this. I hope this goes to court. Also some advice not hurt. In As for the lies he is saying, people tend to work these things out for themselves, not the first time he has done. Tell your friend to keep your head high and be brave as she is not who has done something wrong. He is the sexual Harrasser, she is the victim. maintain the support she needs.

Now, what if I told you that there is a gentleman who helps people improve their vertical in 20 minutes? Good, this is exactly what Gray Cook learned to do academic research in training jump.
When the research that I would learn performance of vertical jump, I was fortunate to meet and learn by renowned physical therapist Gray Cook in a seminar for better performance. And being the nerd and that Nice Guy I am, I asked if he would do an interview with me on vertical jump training. I really wanted to get information from Gray on the screen functional FMS motion. And as I said before The great thing in talking with Gray is that actually did his research universities in the vertical jump training. Gray is a major proponent to perfect their technique in order to maximize your vertical jump. Gray uses resistance bands to light to ensure that their subjects jumped correctly. If he jumped in poor shape of the bands that extend this so you had to jump correctly. What did this? This group improved their reaction times and only vertical 20 minutes!

Connecticut-based strength coach Jimmy Smith was referred to me by talk radio host and sports nutritionist Dave Depew. I had some things to say, but he came with a good more people forget. Jimmy made another great point was the importance of staying away from plyometrics, when in season. In the basketball athlete of the season and go too. Why U ask for 20-40 more jumps plyo work? Get then in the weight room to maintain its strength which may decrease during the season. Then in the off-season work on energy development. Of course, that there is another side to weekend warriors like me. I donâ € ™ t of everyday practice and play pickup games 3-5 times a month. In this case, it makes sense to use plyo work to prepare your body for the demands basketball.
Mike Robertson contributed in another component of the training was more vertical or no training for that matter. And that my friend is training mobility. Dona € ™ t make the mistake of assuming that mobility is the same flexibility.
