How do I gain weight?
I'm 13. My height is 5.2. I weigh 100 pounds. I am 6 pounds. I want to gain weight. My dad always called me skinny as a baby and I was little when I was little X3. I have a fast metabolism so it is almost impossible for me to gain weight. I have rice for almost every meal, because I am in Asia. Haha, sorry to be stereotypical. But, yes … I have rice every day with either meat, fish or poultry. Then I snacks inbetween. As fruit, cookies, ice cream, and so on. I do not gain an ounce. Exercise daily. I swim in my pool every day when I have my period. When I do, I run around my neighborhood. So … I do not know what to do. I have a slim figure. But I want to gain atleast 10 pounds … Any advice? Haha most of you probably think I'm like a monster year. I'm not! I spend another hour in the pool or running. I do not do much in the same day! XD I read when I bored, too. Therefore, no problem. I have a problem similar to yours .. While everyone else are trying to lose weight im trying to get like you! However, im 16 .. and I'm very happy with my weight now:) When I look back at photos of when I was 13 I was stick thin .. Actually looked ill and anorexia .. The funny thing is eating like a pig, but because he had a fast metabolism like you never gained a pound. So my advice to you is that your only 13! So seriously do not worry .. under the weight of 6 pounds is not at all a serious problem:) doesn't matter en todo .. provided they are healthy and happy in its fine:) I promise that when you are around 15/16 and I have to be filled more and soon you'll be wanting to lose weight! There are thousands and thousands of girls who raises his left arm to be in his shoes to show off her .. do not waste it;) hope I've helped! x
