What comes after someone becomes your client? What remains is to fulfill what he said he would. People expect to deliver results. Surprise them also make an extra effort and time again.
It may also offer some of the meetings. In most organizations, it is easy for you to offer additional value around the meetings because most of the companies leading the meetings evil. Capture important notes during meetings and give their notes neatly written in line with the format of your client. The formula for their clients become in delirious fans is a good product and great service. Interestingly, a good product and gives it a disservice to dissatisfied customers no matter how good your product is.
But what is the best way to turn new customers into repeat customers? Is to ensure that they actually over-deliver! In fact, you should under promise and over-deliver … the opposite of what we see often. Tell people what to do for them and then do it.
The excess supply, but not over-promise. The Most companies do the opposite. They want the sale so they promise their customers the moon, but then fall a bit short. It might have provided exceptional service customer, excellent service, but loses its luster, if it falls below the promise. In fact it is worse than it promises nothing. The conclusion is that you must organize your company so that always exceed, but absolutely never fall short of the promise of a client. For a great service, you can ensure that your customers stick with you.
A study has shown it takes 16 times the effort to get a new customer as to sell to an existing one. So treasure them all and treat them as a customer of $ 1 million.
When customers have been met, they will buy more and more from you. They have already experienced yourself, your services or products, and quality of service to the decision process is much easier for them. That will become your walking, talking sales force. They believe in you and your services or products to the point they voluntarily tell others about you.
Develop relationships with its customers to be able to continue to discover what they want. Then provide offers that offer what they want and you decide to do more business with you. This is another big key to their success. It is the key to maximizing the lifetime value of a client.
From time to time, a survey of customer satisfaction. Test to see if your customers are happy with their service and ask for suggestions for improvements. Then act on these suggestions.
If you have a dissatisfied customer, you have a chance. People who are unhappy will tell others and so on and so forth. Get the picture? So when a customer is dissatisfied, they have the opportunity to experience their excellent service and to build a stronger relationship with you. Accept complaints graciously and treat them as nuggets of pure gold. These are your opportunities to improve and increase loyalty. Thus sort your problems quickly and they will then tell others good things about you.
Use these tips well and you can succeed with any product or service you have.
Treasure your clients and they will treasure. Treasure your clients and more clients will be attracted to you. That's how it works!
